Elazar began his career in 1976 as banjo player with the John Roberts Jazz Band in Austin, Texas.



As his love for Dixieland jazz grew, he tried to start a band by himself, but without much success.



 Now Elazar teaches banjo, trumpet, trombone, tuba and other instruments to willing students who often go on to perform with him ...
